Lauren is our Head of Legal and Compliance. She joined Symmetry Group in 2017 as Financial Planning Coordinator whilst completing her law degree. Her key responsibilities include compliance monitoring and supervision as well as working closely with our Practice Manager and Business Director to oversee the provision of ongoing service by Symmetry's AR's and CAR's, as well business decision making - both current and future.

Lauren's strength lies in her ability to simplify processes for our AR's, CAR's and support staff, whilst still ensuring our firm is compliant but not cumbersome. The customer is always the primary focus for Lauren and she understands how the provision of advice needs to make sense to each individual.

Lauren graduated from UWA with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Law, before undertaking a Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch, graduating with Distinction. She was admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2021. In her spare time, Lauren volunteers at a Community Legal Centre and is an avid listener of true crime podcasts.
